You can easily find an answer concerning nearly any feature on our site by simply clicking your desired question or issue below. If you don't find an answer to your question, please feel free to contact us. |
| | | What if someone doesn't ever respond to my e-mail messages? | | | | If someone does not respond to your e-mail message, don't take it to heart. It could simply mean that their "real" e-mail address has changed since they became a member and for some reason they did not receive our notification that you have sent them e-mail.
If you see the other member online, however, and they still haven't responded to your e-mail, don't think the worst. Move on and have comfort in the fact that there are millions more where they came from! |
| | | Will a member I send a Smile to be notified of it? | | | | Yes. Immediately upon clicking the Send Smile button, the member you Smiled at will be sent a notification to the "real" e-mail address, luring them back to the site to check out your profile. |
| | | How do I respond to someone who sent me a Smile? | | | | By default, a notification will be immediately sent to your "real" e-mail address whenever somebody sends you a Smile. The next time you log on to the site, you will see the smile in your inbox. Simply open the Smile, by clicking on the Smile icon and press "Smile Back".
If you would rather send them an E-mail in response to their Smile, you must become a Premium member. As a basic member you may send them a Smile in response for free, though.
Premium memberships are very inexpensive, without long-term commitments like other sites, and are available for 3, 6, and 12 month increments.
Unlike other sites, we won't keep charging your credit or debit card once your Premium membership expires. Also, if you do not wish to renew, you won't be forced to delete your membership. |
| | | Just what is "Send Smile" good for? | | | | Sending Smiles is a great feature! It allows you to break the ice with another member and can lure them back to the site to check out your profile!
As long as the other member has their notifications turned on (which is the default), a notification is sent to them immediately.
Good luck! |
